Civico 65-40 is a comfortable apartment with all comforts in the center of Nuoro, with two entrances both from the main Via Lamarmora and from Via Gialeto. The apartment is presented with great attention to detail and very welcoming, it consists of a living room with open kitchen complete with dishwasher, induction hobs, coffee machine and kettle; the bathroom is functional, with a large shower and all the services; on the mezzanine we find the sleeping area with double bed and an illuminated walk-in closet. Last area is the laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is no shortage of other comforts such as air conditioning and Wi_Fi, also next to the entrance you can comfortably park up to 2 bicycles. Upon check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law. Furthermore, a credit card guarantee will be requested.
