Apartment had everything we needed, everything worked well and the apartment location is ideal to visit the city on foot. The owner, Michela, was fantastic! A world traveller in the truest sense and a man who loves Cagliari and Sardinia. We took his advice on restaurants, coffee, things to do (hiking) and things to see (beaches, historic sites, etc.) The city has much to offer and a genuine ambassador as your guide. My wife and I hope to return soon.

The area is quiet but close to the center; easy to find parking space if you are traveling with a car. The apt is well equiped, including beers in the fridge!

Modern, high spec. Well-equipped. Good WiFi and air conditioning. Spacey bedroom. Pleasant little service balcony with bistro table, good for breakfast/drinks à deux. Flat is in good residential neighbourhood about 20 mins from the city centre. There are supermarkets close by. Safe building complex with lift. No problem finding parking place on the street. The host was friendly, informative and available ( he has an office in same apartment unit) and provided wine, beer and soft drinks in the fridge for apéro. We recommend!

Everything was perfect, the apartament is very well equipped. Localisation is also great- near centrum, but quiet. The host is friendly and helpfull- thanks to his recomendation we visited some valuable and tasty places.

What a great flat with a superb balcony and everything you want, and everything works perfectly. As others have mentioned, Michele is a super host and ensures he explains all. The wine and beer was a generous touch. The area around is very quiet and in a good neighbourhood, but perfectly placed to walk into town or get a bus to the beach. We stayed 8 nights and halfway through we had a surprise clean, and new towels and sheets!

We loved our stay! The apartment is clean, well organised with all kind of equipment (dishwasher, kettle, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, …). The location is very close to the centre, the old town is only 20 minutes away, and there is plenty of free parking downstairs. There were beach beds and beach umbrellas available for us to use, which was great, and Michele had a lot of useful recommendations for us. We loved the balcony, with its sofa and plants, and ended up having breakfast and aperitivo there every day to enjoy the morning sunshine and the cool evenings. We’d love to stay there again if we’re back in Cagliari.

Really comfortable apartment with great outdoor space in a lovely area close to the centre.. Excellent host met us on arrival and provided very comprehensive information on Cagliari as well as complimentary soft drinks beer and wine. We asked for fresh towels halfway during our week long stay and host responded immediately.
