Property for exclusive use The house is located in a residential area in the countryside 5 km from Fucecchio, in a residential area. The history here is closely linked to the Via Francigena which, precisely in this area, crosses the Arno to continue towards the Valdelsa. Outdoors, the small villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a sunken swimming pool measuring 10x4 meters with a depth ranging from 0.80 to 2.20 meters, equipped with 10 sunbeds, solar hot shower, a gazebo for outdoor dining and a portable barbecue. Near the house, in a separate building, there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and sink. About 300 meters away is the owner's hotel and restaurant. All the outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for, the garden is completely enclosed with wire mesh and gate. The parking is located inside the property. Interior The cottage, previously a family mansion, has been converted into an accommodation for visitors, keeping the original structure of the 70s intact. From the garden, a glass door leads onto the ground floor which opens onto the living room with sofas and a convenient coin-operated cold drink dispenser, a dining room with direct outdoor access and a very well equipped kitchen. The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom (with divisible bed on request), TV and bathroom with shower, 1 service bathroom. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor which can also be reached via an external staircase, once used as the main entrance. Here we find 4 double bedrooms (with divisible beds on request), all equipped with TV and private bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are provided with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Villino Stregatta is equipped with courtesy set in the bathrooms and 3 bicycles. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (with weekly change), electricity consumption (but not air conditioning), water and gas (but not heating).
