Loved the location, 5 minutes to the beach! Gorgeous views. It was so nice to have meals on the lovely terrace. Simonetta was a fantastic host, along with her son. They were so helpful, and kind.

Villa Verde is a unique structure of its kind with its strategic position just 3 minutes from the beach and also from the town of Procchio. You can choose between: - a lovely TWO-ROOM APARTMENT inside which you will find a living area complete with double sofa bed, smart TV and dining table The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with a spacious four-door wardrobe. The modern bathroom is also equipped with a backlit magnifying mirror for make-up, a hairdryer with diffuser, and a set of heavyweight towels. - An elegant TRHEE-ROOM APARTMENT upon entering which you will find an entrance from which you can go to the various separate rooms. In fact, this trhee-room apartment is well suited to two families, or a group of friends, who decide to spend a holiday together but, at the same time, have privacy whenever they feel the need. The Junior Suite features a double bed, a double sofa bed, a Smart TV and a very spacious walk-in closet. Attached to the Junior Suite we find the first bathroom equipped with all comforts (hairdryer included) The second part of the trhee-room apartment consists of: A fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious four-door wardrobe and a smart TV. A second bedroom with a single bed and a comfortable bed that can be opened if necessary. In this second bedroom there is also a study/work area with desk and adjoining bookcase. A second bathroom also equipped with all comforts. Both apartments are equipped with: Air conditioning Fast WI-FI Outdoor space equipped with tables for outdoor lunch/dinner. A huge green park equipped with hammocks, armchairs, deckchairs, sunbeds and tables in the shade; as well as a pitch equipped with sports equipment for various workouts, also a ping pong and a barbecue area. Hi everyone, I'm Simonetta and I live in Procchio, on the beautiful Island of Elba. I love travelling, discovering new places, with family and friends. I'm a sportswoman, or at least I try! Music, a good film or a book are never lacking in my life. I like to make the most of every moment of life and I try to make sure it is the same for my guests. In fact, I am completely available to guests, since I live close to the property for any need they can contact me by telephone or personally. I always try to accommodate guests, in fact the check-in and check-out times can be changed at the request of the guests based on the departures and arrivals of the other guests. It will therefore be possible to bring forward check-in and postpone check-out upon request of guests but subject to availability. Our facility can also provide you with ferry tickets at a discounted and advantageous price. Our vision is "Come as a guest, Leave as a friend".
The apartment is located in Procchio, a quiet, cool and ventilated place; a typical village on the island of Elba with small shops and various venues. The gulf of Procchio is very large with crystal clear water and white sand. If you are looking for a place to rest and be with friends or family it is ideal. There is free parking just 100m from the apartment. Villa Verde is located at: - 3 minute walk to the white sandy beach. - 3 minutes walk from the center of the town of Procchio. - 3 minutes walk from the bus stop. - 5 minute walk from the town supermarket. So, as can be seen from the distances, the apartment is located in a strategic position: in a quiet residential area and at the same time close to all the essentials within a few minutes' walk.
