Villa Poggiostelle is a wonderful countryside villa, situated on a small hill near the village of Legri di Calenzano, between Florence and the Mugello area. Completely surrounded by nature, the property enjoys an enchanting dominant position with beautiful views of the valley below. The whole villa, originally an old farm owned by a noble family, has been completely restored in 2016. It is bordered by an automatic gate and surrounded by a 5-hectare completely fenced estate, in which you can walk among the meadows and woods. Here you can easily see some pheasants, hares, deer and roe deer. Within the lovely private garden (1,200 sqm) with green lawn, you will find a huge porch with table, ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing while admiring the panorama with a glass of wine. Under the veranda there is an elegant rectangular table for 12 people where you can have breakfast or lunch during the hot Tuscan summer. The outdoor areas are embellished with an irregular-shaped infinity pool (13x5 m - depth from 1.20 m to 1.80 m), entirely clad in Tuscan travertine and equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and small sofa with seating. The infinity edge allows you to look out over the valley and enjoy the panorama while you are immersed in the water. Opposite the swimming pool is the front porch of the house, furnished with curtains and elegant sofas for those who want to relax in the shade. Lastly, you can use the outdoor barbecue, ideal for tasty grills with friends. On the side of the villa there is also a ping pong table, an endless source of fun for guests of all ages, and an amazing private gym! Please note that the owners (with their dog) live in a portion of the villa (that is an apartment with separate entrance and parking). The owners are at guests' disposal for any need.
