Independent villa with large private garden directly on the sea. Great to spend a stay in contact with nature being in the center of the "Scogliera dei Rizzi". You can visit the many coves accessible only by sea with 2 sup (Stand Up Paddle) made available by the house. Ideal for couples and particularly suitable for families with children, for to the direct access to the beach. Waking up enjoying the view and the scent of the sea, relax in the garden reading a book or drinking a drink, enjoy the crystal clear sea at any time of the day running directly from the garden to the beach. Staying at the "Maison Canonaco" is equivalent to spending a holiday in total relaxation, cuddled by every comfort. The house is composed of 2 floors. On the ground floor there are: living room, kitchen, closet, toilet, access to the garden. On the first floor there are: two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, two terraces. In the garden there are: deck-chairs, outdoor table, outdoor shower and a sup board ideal for excursions along the renowned “Scogliera dei Rizzi”.
Very quiet area, ideal for spending a relaxing holiday. The villa is located along a very suggestive stretch of the Tyrrhenian coast, where it is possible to snorkel and reach wonderful coves with crystal clear water. Lido at 100 meters, shops, banks, restaurants, train station and other services at 2 km from home. The port of Cetraro is 4 km away. There are many places easy to reach, such as: "luigiane thermae" in Guardia Piemontese; the historic quarter of Belvedere (where it's possible to taste excellent granita); the town of Diamante, very well known for its murales, for Cirella island and for the famous peperoncino festival; the town of Sangineto, where you can find many bars and discos; the town of San Nicola Arcella, where you can admire the wonderful Arco Magno.
