Traditional architecture blends with modern amenities in this charming 18th century stone villa. Nestled on a quiet hillside just below Volterra, the villa offers a private infinity pool (5m x 10m) equipped with sun loungers and umbrella. There is a large, covered terrace with a comfortable sitting area and dining table to enjoy the panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. Stepping inside, the villa feels sophisticated while maintaining its rustic charm and provides a delightful place to relax. With access to the covered terrace and patio, the main floor has an open living and dining area which is adjacent to a modern kitchen and WC/powder room. At the top of a stone staircase, there are two spacious bedrooms each with super king beds (180cm x 200cm) and two fully updated bathrooms (one ensuite). With a double sofa bed (suited for children) in the living room, there is space for up to six guests. The villa has air conditioning, mosquito nets, wireless internet, satellite television, and a Weber grill/barbecue. There is also free private on-site parking.
