The house is located in a quiet area of Birgi and surrounded by luxuriant vineyards. It is independent and equipped with all comforts: two large double bedrooms each with own private bathroom, living room with sitting area, dining area, fitted kitchen with refrigerator, oven etc. A large covered structure with a wood-fired oven and a rustic kitchen in cotto tile excellent for barbecues is adjacent to the living area. The house has also a wide fenced parking space for your pets.
Our family has decided to refurbish and rent our country house in Birgi, located in one of the most beautiful corners of Sicily, in the western part of the province of Trapani where nature have always met history and traditions. Vigne al Vento is a holiday home overlooking the Egadi Islands and the Mountain of Erice. It is very close to popular beaches and to the Stagnone lagoon with its islands colonized in the eighth century a.c. by the Phoenicians and its pink saline.
Vigne al Vento is a perfect spot where you can enjoy picturesque and unforgettable sunsets; in addition you will have the opportunity to take a tour of the Egadi islands. The lagoon is an ideal location for kitesurf thanks to the constant wind and to the calm and shallow water. You can also visit important towns such as Marsala, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, which are distant about half an hour by car. The property is just 5 minutes from Trapani-Birgi Airport by car.
