The house, located on two floors, is divided into two independent apartments. The upstairs suite "Grand View" presents a classic, chic and timeless style made unique by the combination of materials and soft colors. The style is essential and at the same time elegant. Brightness is the undisputed star of this house, in fact the interiors are enhanced by the light that enters through the large master windows. The suspended hammock, facing the lake view, gives a touch of romance to the whole. For lovers of reading and suggestive shelters, the mansard is the perfect place to give yourself a space for yourself .. we are sure that it will win you over! The "Lake Garden" suite is located on the ground floor of the entire structure to which it belongs. It is characterized by the vintage style, made so by retro furnishing accessories placed in the heart of the house and mixed with more modern design furniture. The atmosphere, even more heated by the presence of the fireplace, is absolutely fantastic! Outside there is a Jacuzzi where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in front of the lake.
The house overlooks the Monterosi lake, located between Rome and the Tuscan Maremma. It is 29 km from Rome and 46 km from Fiumicino airport. The strategic location allows you to visit cities of cultural interest such as Sutri, Nepi, Viterbo, Tuscania and quickly reach the lakes of Bracciano and Vico, the nearby waterfalls of Monte Gelato, or the baths of the Popes and Stigliano. The area where the house is located houses two beautiful golf courses, renowned by lovers of this sport. Moreover, it is possible to practice other sports activities such as horse riding, trekking or mountain biking.
