TerraVita biodynamic winery is born in 2011 in Tuscany, in Suvereto, a charming medieval village in upper Maremma, part of the circuit of "Italy's most beautiful villages", in a pristine, unspoilt landscape strongly suitable for wine production. The property extends over forty hectares of land, bordered by a woodland area and the merging of the two rivers Cornia and Milia. Twenty three hectares are cultivated with olive trees that entirely surround the cellar and the residential units. To accommodate our guests there are seven flats with a communal swimming pool, where you can spend days in peace and quiet, lulled by the breeze coming up from the rivers and the song of the cicadas. Visiting Tenuta TerraVita means entering a silent oasis, where you can spend days in complete relaxation enjoying nature and the people who live there. A place of freedom and tranquillity. Respect for the environment and the nature that surrounds us is a priority for us, which is why we have chosen to apply biodynamic agriculture techniques in our vineyards. We ask our guests to take part in this commitment, respecting the rules for separate waste collection; avoiding the purchase of detergents in plastic bottles (the necessary detergents are provided free of charge to all apartments); reducing food waste and respecting the flora and fauna present on the property.

The structure consists of 7 apartments fully renovated in 2020 and 2021. Three apartments are located in the central courtyard, the others are 200 meters from the swimming pool. For our apartments we have chosen a fresh, bright and relaxed style. They are all equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and original Nespresso coffee machine. In addition to the initial cleaning, included in the price are 2 weekly cleanings, and a welcome kit with local and organic gastronomic products. You will have access to the pool where a sun umbrella with sun beds is reserved for each apartment, and when you want to go to the beach we will provide you with a personalized umbrella and beach towels. Upon reservation, it will be possible to taste our biodynamic wines at the winery adjacent to the pool. Breakfast basket available upon reservation.
