The Residenza was recently completely renovated. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is on the 5th floor, and it’s filled with light. It is on a private street and it's quiet—a great benefit in Central Rome. You have free WiFi, free NETFLIX, 2 TV sets, 3 AC units, central heating (it’s warm), washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and induction stove (no gas appliances), microwave oven, espresso coffee maker, percolator coffee maker, A baby cot is available on request. The instructions for the appliances are mainly in Italian and are in the red binder on the bookshelf. These are international brands and you should be able to figure out how they work. English language instructions are provided for the washer and for the dishwasher. There is a phone with a landline for free-of-charge calls within Italy. All calls made abroad or to pay services, will be charged. In the bathrooms, you find the shampoo and shower soap dispensers. I try to limit the amount of packaging waste we produce. The iron, ironing board, and clotheshorse are in the armoire located in the first bedroom as you enter the apartment. Extra pillows are available for you. A safe is also available for you.
