The villa is surrounded by a large garden embellished with beautiful olive trees. The structure, completely covered in rock, enjoys a large outdoor area where you can comfortably eat or sunbathe. The attention to detail is also appreciated inside with a comfortable air-conditioned dining area. From here you can directly access both the kitchen (complete with everything and with direct access to the outside) and the sleeping area. The accommodation has two bedrooms: one air-conditioned and finely furnished with elegant en suite bathroom, and a double bedroom, ideal for children. Finally, an additional bathroom also this equipped with all services. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Outside there is also an outdoor shower and a room where the washing machine is located. Please note that the internal road leading to the house is not paved, but made of breccia and pebbles. Dirt track of about 150 meters. The location of the house is strategic because a few meters there is the entrance to the highway that leads in a few minutes to all the towns of Salento. From the house you can also walk in 10-15 minutes to the center of Leuca. It should be noted that next door there is a second private house always inside the same property. The neighbor is very discreet and quiet. Privacy and relaxation guaranteed as the outdoor space of the accommodation is facing the opposite side to the neighbors. Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.
