SkyTower has been designed so that multiple groups of people can go on vacation together, in the same structure. It has 7 apartments, one on each floor, modern lift, large terrace on the top floor, private gardens, garage and cellars. The 7 SkyTower Apartments, all furnished in an Elegant and Modern Style, are air-conditioned and have 2 Bedrooms (except the ground floor which has one), Living Area in "Open Space" Format, with Kitchenette, Dining Room , Solar Greenhouse (with double sofa bed), Private bathroom, Covered terrace, with washing machine, and Balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooker (with relative pots), dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, plates and glasses, American and Italian coffee machine. The Internet connection derives from the TIM contract in SUPER FIBER OPTIC, thanks to which it is possible to reach the maximum speed of 1 Gigabit in Download, and up to 100 Mega in Upload. There is also the possibility of free self check-in, with photos and detailed information included in a video tutorial, in addition to the House Book in pdf, already present in all the Apartments. If you need the invoice there are no problems, but it must absolutely be requested at the time of your booking, to avoid unnecessary receipts being issued. Thank you

On the large Via Tiburtina there are shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias, electronics stores, home furnishings, clothing, Mc Donald's, bars, fast food, Burger King, ice cream shops and much more. SkyTower is also a good choice, to visit the historical center of Rome, with its monuments and archaeological sites, being just a five minute walk from the "Metro Blue Line" of the Modern Tiburtina Station (where there are also numerous shops, bars , Restaurants and Services), which connects it with just 6 stops to the Colosseum, 7 to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, 9 to the Vatican. To move better in the city there is the Roma Pass, which can be purchased at newsstands and, for more information, there is a link on the Atac Roma website. On the first day you enter the museums for free, on the second day you pay a normal ticket. There are exceptions, you must check it on the Atac website. Among other things, the Roma Pass includes the bus service 110, the tourist line.
