Sant’Andrea Country Cottage is located less than 5 minutes from the center of Barberino di Mugello, in the agricultural area called S.Andrea (near the production area of the town). It is a renovated former barn divided into three independent apartments of approx. 60 sqm each. There is a private curtyard of over 1.000 sqm where you will find big trees and also fruit trees. The automated driveway and the pedestrian access will allow you to come in from the public road very easily. The rpoperty includes a plot of land with an adjacent garden of about 2.000 sqm equipped with parking places. The latest generation fixtures, the breathable and acoustic thermal insulation used, the internal air conditioning in addition to the traditional heating system and the best construction techniques used, will guarantee you the maximum living comfort.
