I am a delightful apartment used as a tourist rental, finely renovated with quality materials, located on the third floor without a lift, in the heart of the ancient port of Genoa, a few steps from the Aquarium and the main tourist attractions, created for those who love peace and silence. I am complete with every comfort, latest generation inverter hot cold heat pump air conditioning in every room, which also performs the function of winter heating, gas in all its forms having been eliminated from the apartment, with the peculiarity of a shower floor level from real estate magazine.
