We had all we needed when we needed. The host was always helpful and resourceful. The apartment is a light 10 min walk from the Palermo's historical center and also generous in size (including a balcony) and accesories. The place was clean and well preserved.

The information received from Luciano both before and during our visit was invaluable and made our trip a great experience. A great itinerary was supplied as well as really useful information, particularly about public transport. A minor problem regarding bedding on arrival was quickly and efficiently rectified by our host and he was always on hand if anything was required which was reassuring. The apartment is lovely and bright, bedrooms and bathroom very spacious with high ceilings in bedrooms and a balcony (great for drying towels and catches the afternoon sun!) Great shower. Everything was very clean. Small kitchen area with everything needed to made basic meals. The apartment is just a short walk to the main attractions and Palermo is a fantastic city with much to explore!

The location for the people coming first time could be strange, since it is close to the Marina and the working class neighborhood. But, we have no problem with homeless people around. It is just two streets up and you are in the beautiful center of the city. We loved our stay, it was like being at home. Great owners - they even send us a maps and whereabouts.

The apartment is bright, clean & spacious enough with 2 bedrooms to accommodate 3-4 people. It has a kitchenette, balcony & clean bathroom. Luciano und Roberta are great, very kind and responsible. Whenever we asked for sth or have a problem they provide us & tried to solve quickly. They prepared a very detailed instruction for how to get there from the airport, how to check-in and what to visit in Palermo and answered all our questions instantly in WhatsApp. The location is also good and everything is reachable within 10-15 min walk.

Firsf of all, the best part about the apartment as a tourist in a completely new city- the host. He did a great job solving any problems(we had one issue with wifi but got a different one less than a hour later that worked great) and helping us around the town, the place is few minutes walk from nearest pedestrian street with food and other vendors, while all other needs like grocery shops that work whole day or pharmacies are at most 15mins of walking distance away. Everything was tidy and felt clean when we arrived,

The host is the best and I owe him a debt of gratitude! Attentive, professional, responsive with impeccable standards. Every consideration was made for my trip to run as smoothly as possible. A detailed layout of how to get from the airport to the apartment, how to get inn plus what to do while there is perfectly laid out. The room is flawless with every consideration cared for. Modern, warm, high ceilings, clean, well presented and efficient layout such as air conditioning, heating systems and excellent showers. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable and well made with no expense spared on what is invested into the property. The location is central ( right at the port with shops within metres) Genuinely I have never been to a property that has exceeded my expectations as much here! You certainly will not be disappointed!
