Recently renovated design apartment ideal for couples, families or groups up to 4 people. In a quiet residential area, with free street parking, it is also equipped for long stays. 200m to the bus to get to Piazza Castello in 15 min, 300m to the metro, 4 stops to the Porta Susa train station and 7 to Porta Nuova. Unlimited fast wifi, air conditioning and heating available all year round. Two balconies with a unique view over the roofs of Turin. The apartment is on the eighth floor (the elevator goes up to the seventh) and is the only one on the floor. You will enjoy maximum privacy. The apartment is ideal for a couple, with children or not, but can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double sofa bed.
We live in the same building, just below the apartment. We are available for any need or even just for a chat. Just go down a flight of stairs and knock on our door. And if you miss something ... ask, maybe we can lend it to you!
The apartment is located in the Cit Turin district. All mornings from Monday to Friday, Saturdays and pre-holidays all day, at 200m (650ft) in Corso Racconigi we suggest you take a walk to the open-air market of our neighborhood: 800 meters (2600 ft) of stalls of all kinds, from fruit to vegetables, from meat to cheeses and clothes. If you fancy a walk in a park, we recommend the Parco della Tesoriera (800m/2600ft away) or the Parco della Pellerina (1.5 km/0,9miles). We are 1 km (3000ft) away from the "Palazzo Intesa Sanpaolo" designed by Renzo Piano and the court of Turin. For a beer, a dinner in a tavern or a walk among works of art hung on the facades of the houses we recommend the Borgo Vecchio Campidoglio (800 m, 2600ft): a "small town in the city" with low houses and quiet cobbled streets to relive the atmosphere of a Piedmont of the past. To admire the most beautiful Liberty buildings in Turin, we recommend a walk around the nearby Via Principi d'Acaja, where you will find buildings such as Casa Fenoglio - La Fleur, Palazzo della Vittoria - Casa dei Draghi or Palazzina Raby on Corso Francia.
