For the car parking there is a private garage that guarantees the convenience of a covered parking space, ideal for motorcyclists, to reach the Box there are two small ramps on which very sports cars or very low must be careful. There are however free parking spaces in the street not far from home. Strategic area because it is surrounded by greenery and at the same time convenient to the sea by public transport. The "olive district" is located at the foot of Mount Portofino; Tranquility, summer coolness, mild climate even in winter and pleasant views characterize the residential area. There are no parking problems in the area. The house is located near a bus stop that connects the village and the beach reachable on foot with a walk of 10/15 minutes on a slight difference in height in the last 300 meters. In the village there is a scooter rental, very convenient means to move in the area; there is also a communal bike sharing service.
