Beautiful attic in a detached house, bright, quiet, exquisitely finished and furnished of about 80 square meters. Located on the sea front (just 500 meters from the beach), in the green countryside of the Marche. Located 2 km from the center of Marzocca and the train station and only 5 km from Senigallia. The property features a living room with a comfortable sofa and a large snack table; a sleeping area with double bed and two single beds and a study corner. A comfortable bathroom complete with bidet and hydromassage shower cubicle. . The attic is equipped with air conditioner and has windows on all 4 sides with mosquito nets from where you can enjoy an excellent view up to Mount Conero For a simple breakfast, the snack display case is filled with rusks, brioss, jams or chocolates and yogurt, milk and mineral water in the refrigerator. There is also a tea kettle and a coffee machine with pods. On request, it is also possible to have full kitchen use, upon supplement to be paid locally. The attic from January 2020 has an independent entrance and can be reached with a convenient external staircase. Parking area in the private courtyard.
