It opens onto a living area which includes a part used as a living room with sofa and dining table and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals during your stay: hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer , microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and crockery. Large French windows make the environment fresh and bright and give access to the beautiful 30 square meter veranda, equipped with sofa and armchairs, dining table and television and surrounded by windows that offer an incredible view of the sea a few meters away from you ! An ideal place to spend the summer days and evenings, having lunch or dinner outside while fully enjoying the view. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 15 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-ins before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.
