Located in Tordibetto di Assisi, 5 km from the Basilica of San Francesco, La Perla di Assisi is a loft set in a villa with swimming pool, garden and free private parking. The loft features a bedroom with two double beds, one single bed and a living room with sofa, TV, relaxation area, kitchen, fridge, kettle and microwave. There are air conditioning and radiators. It is an open space located in the attic of the villa; the entrance is private and the environment is completely separate, it is in fact located on the second floor. The loft space is therefore entirely available to the guest. Guests will also find a large garden where they can relax, sunbathe, enjoy the swimming pool and use the barbecue. Near the loft there is also a walking path surrounded by nature with a splendid stream. The price includes bed linen and towels.
