The apartment (42 square meters), recently renovated, is located on the first floor of a 1920s style building in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Very cozy and equipped with all comforts, at "La casa del Conte" you will feel at home, immersed in environments furnished in a modern style but with elements that recall Sicilian beauty, culture and tradition. A few steps from Via T. Cannizzaro, University and Court, it is a 10-minute walk from Cairoli Square. Nearby there are bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and the bus stop. The highway junction is only a 5-minute drive away. The apartment is equipped with a safe that can be used upon request and after paying a security deposit which will be retained in the event of loss or breakage of the keys.
Although the apartment is nearby the center, the secondary street in which it is located guarantees both considerable quiet and plenty of free parking. All around the house you can find splendid Art Nouveau buildings and trees. If you want to visit the city or need something, the area where the house is located is perfect. You can reach everything on foot and, near the apartment, there are numerous supermarkets, bars, herbalist's shop, bakeries, spa (in front), wine shop, pharmacy, pub, florist. Anything you might need.
