The owner was extremely helpful upon our arrival, helping us with finding a place for our car and calling his son for translation as we do unfornatunately not speak Italian. The location is good, close to the very center, yet relatively quiet. The mattress was one of the most comfortable I ever slept on, indeed it was a dream of Hypnos come true. We would surely stay here again.

Very nice owner who helped us with parking. The house was authentic but build so nicely. The room was big. Bed was good. Food was enormous and in a beautiful dining room with one other table but we haven't seen other guests.

Nice family owned b&b in a central position in l'Aquila. Walking distance from almost everything. A calm street where you can sleep peacefully without being bothered by the city center noise. The room and the kitchen are spacious and (very) clean. The shower cabin is comfortable. The building seems to be renovated recently. Beautiful interior architecture at the main hall.

This was probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. An unassuming property from the outside, the front door opens into a beautiful reception area for check in. Up a winding staircase is a modern fully equipped kitchen/dining area which serves two bedrooms. Breakfast is self service but the choice of different foods is incredible. Our bedroom was spectacular, with very high vaulted ceilings, a great bathroom with an amazing shower, air con and a very comfortable bed. On a side street, there was very little noise, despite the rebuilding of the City which is ongoing. Our host was welcoming and gave us good recommendations for restaurants nearby. I can’t speak highly enough of this property.

Hosts provided an excellent welcome and advice on walking in the gran sasso, restaurants etc The appartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well equipped. The provisions provided for breakfast were more than I needed and very good. The location is great for visiting the Centro storico and for eating and drinking in the evening Basically a fantastic stay. I couldn't ask for more

Being greeted by the host to park our car was extremely helpful after such a long journey travelling with a toddler. The hosts were vey accommodating to our needs. We needed an iron for our clothes before a wedding and this was thankfully provided the night before. Excellent service would come back again :)

Great location right in the centre of the town. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. The breakfast was set in a common room where a fully equipped kitchen was at out discretion, and there were decorations for the winter holidays which we really appreciated. The staff was considerate and always available. Recommended!
