When in 2010 we registered the first Holiday Homes in the portals, our Villas and apartments in the territory of Lerici were the first and only ones that differed from the B&B for the guests' stay. Villa with pool near Fiascherino beach In the locality Fiascherino on the way to Tellaro, in front of one of the most beautiful bays of the entire Poet Gulf, Fiascherino beach, we found Il Cannetro. Stonevilla covered with bouganvillea in the middle of a wild garden with a wonderfull, panoramic swimmingpool with solarium. Il Cannetro, caratteristic country house in two level, during the time was renovate but keep the original characteristics, thus giving the sence of typicity and originality of the epoch. The entrance, on the first floor, is in a living room with a monumental, historical fireplace. On the left, going up 5 steps , we can find a big kitchen with direct access to a porch with a dining area and stone barbeque. From the living room to the right there is a corridor with two double rooms (one with French size bed) and two bathroom with shower. On the groudfloor we will found another sofa area with a glass door with direct access to the garden, a study with two single beds and one bathroom without shower. In an elevated position from home there is swimmingpool surrounded by greenery equiped with sun beds, chaises longes, an autodoor shower and little toilette . The position very close to the sea, the pool as well as its structure make Il Cannetro one of a kind.

Lerici has a ferry service to and from Portovenere and Cinque Terre. The sports activities can be played all the year: the sailing boat, with the renowned school of S. Teresa, the wind surf, diving, also trekking, mountain bike, tennis and golf. There are some places to visit close to Lerici:Far only 7 km, there is the beautiful town of Sarzana; the archeological area of Luni, far 15 km; the famous caves of white murbles of Carrara, in the Apuan Alps, far 30 km; the fashionable Versilia far 30 km and, naturally, the city of La Spezia. All these places are reachable in few minutes by car by the A12 highway, of Sarzana or La Spezia, far only 8 km.
