Apartment equipped with all the necessary comforts to be able to spend your holidays in the most relaxing way possible. It is located on the first floor in a condominium, which consists of a living area with a large living room set up with a 55" TV together with a surround sound system and a comfortable corner sofa which makes viewing the Tevesion quite comfortable, moreover there are LEDs on the wall where the TV is set up which makes viewing as relaxing for the eyes, and finally an elegant bathroom with shower.Finally the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom with the possibility of seeing the TV set up inside the wardrobe and air conditioning, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and finally a bathroom with tub and washing machine.

The top attractions to visit in Pietraperzia are: Castle Barresi Branciforte. Church of Santa Maria del Gesu. Church of San Domenico and Our Lady of the Rosary. Church of San Nicolò Parish Church of Santa Maria Maggiore. Sanctuary of the Madonna della Cava. Just the latter is the Marian name with which the Holy Virgin Mary is venerated in the town of Pietraperzia, of which she is the main Patroness together with the co-patron San Rocco. It is celebrated on 14 August each year, the eve of the Assumption, with a nocturnal solemn mass at the sanctuary of the same name located in the Cava district, about 4 km from the town's town center and generally presided over by the bishop of the diocese of Piazza Armerina. On the evening of August 15th, a historic palio is carried in procession through the streets of the town
