There is FREE private parking on site for your full use, it is located in an area accessible only to condominiums. The studio has all the accessories you may need. The living-sleeping area consists of a sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed (170x200) or 2 separate single beds (85x200), a small desk where you can work or study, a large wardrobe where guests will find several coat hangers and various shelves where they can store their personal belongings. In front of the bed the bed you will find a 50" Samsung UHD smart TV with which guests can relax while watching their favourite films and TV series, thanks to the free service we offer with a pre-registered Netflix account. The kitchen area consists of a large table with 4 chairs, equipped with all the necessary comforts: a 4-burner induction hob, a latest-generation oven, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a complete set of pots, pans, plates, cutlery and all the various utensils for cooking or creating meals.
