CONDITIONS AND HOUSE RULES RENTAL PRICE The rental price does not include (to be paid locally): heating according to consumption; extra cleaning; linen. Optional additional services: linen package 10 EUR/per person to be requested immediately and paid upon arrival in cash (these are personal sheets and towels and cannot be used outside the accommodation as a beach towel) ARRIVAL Check-in from 4pm to 7pm. It is necessary to communicate the exact arrival time even if this is within the indicated period. To speed up the check-in procedure, send us the Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours before check-in. DAMAGE DEPOSIT 200 euros to be paid in cash at check-in. It serves as a guarantee for the furniture and equipment supplied.
