Greetings to all, my name is Teresa Nicoletta, I have two adult children and I live in my country house in Arezzo with my husband and our very nice cats. I decided to start this wonderful adventure with Booking to host and meet people from all over the world. I love travelling, reading and taking care of my garden. In the countryside, a few kilometers from Arezzo, this wonderful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment located on the first floor of the Casale i Tre Cipressi. Ideal for relaxing, it has a large living room a kitchen and a private terrace with gazebo and table for dining. Guests can also take advantage of the garden (shared with the owners), and and 2 private parking spaces and a private entrance to access the apartment. Free Wi-Fi inside the accommodation.

The Val di Chiana is a valley of alluvial origin located in central Italy that includes the two provinces of Arezzo and Siena. The farmhouse is located in the Arezzo part where some historical and architectural gems such as Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Monte San Savino, Gargonza, Civitella and Lucignano shine. In about half an hour by car you can reach the Chianti area, the Valdorcia or the Casentino Park.
