Enjoy a relaxing holiday in one of the most residential areas of Olbia. Newly renovated, modern and comfortable apartment. Composed of living room with kitchenette, 55' SMART TV and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, air conditioning. The apartment is completed by a lovely 80m2 garden with attached private parking. The area runs along Via Aldo Moro, full of services such as: shopping centre, pharmacy, bus stop at 450m, bars and restaurants.
