The villa is located about 9 km from Olbia city reachable in less than 15 minutes, 3 minutes away supermarket, fishmonger, bakery, pizzeria, bars, pharmacy and tobacco bars. Almost opposite the main gate, on the opposite side of the road, there is the bus stop N4 that leads to the other beaches in the surroundings and to the historic center of Olbia. The races have a frequency of 30 minutes. Bados district consists of individual villas, many of which are inhabited throughout the year. The district enjoys all the main services that are within a short distance and can all be reached on foot with a short walk: kiosks / restaurant on the beach, complex with bakery-fishmonger-bar-hot table, bar-restaurant-pizzeria Costa Sarda less than a kilometer. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 kilometer away. The area and the surrounding beaches are home to numerous kiosks on the beach, where you can relax in the evening sipping a glass of wine or a good cocktail, tasting some typical appetizers.
