Codice CITRA 011016-LT-0040. Semi-detached house with private garden, located directly at the entrance of the village of Tellaro, a short walk from the main square and all services. Perfect for a couple, it is an excellent solution to escape from the daily chaos and spend a weekend or a relaxing week. From the living room there is a pleasant view of the "caruggio" (Old alley) and the sea, from spring to autumn the private garden is perfect to relax, after a day at the sea or a long trekking, and a large table is available for outdoor dining. A private path connects the structure to the old marina and the rocks facing the sea, where bathing is possible. To reach the property you will enter the ZTL area (No access area) of the village and you will reach the main square, at the entrance of the pedestrian area of Tellaro, here is the automatic gate that allows access to the external condominium area, where the house is inserted. 1 parking place (not allocated) is available in the appropriate spaces around the property. At check-in, guests will be given a remote control to open and close the automatic gate.
Upon your arrival we will assist you in the operation of parking and transport of the luggages, during the check-in we will show you the house and its services, and we will give you many informations about the territory, the activities and the places you can't miss. We love our territory and hope that our guests can feel the same at the end of their stay. We will advise you on beaches, villages, restaurants, trekking, water sports, festivals, events and culture of our territory. The village of Tellaro is included in the circuit "The most beautiful villages in Italy", and is part of the municipality of Lerici, which offers visitors a wide range of attractions and activities Tellaro extends from the hillside to the sea, with the old marina and the ancient church of San Giorgio. In the village you will find many services: Pharmacy, ATM, post office, tobacco, newsagent, bar, restaurants, pizzerias, grocery shops, fruit and vegetables, backery, boutiques.
The bus service connects Tellaro with Lerici/ San Terenzo and the main cities, taking advantage of the changes. In the village there are several points for swimming, the cliff of Trigliano and the beaches of Fiascherino are within walking distance using the road and the typical Ligurian staircases. The sandy beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo can be reached by bus, the "5 Terre" can be reached by ferry from Lerici or by train from La Spezia station. For those who love the wildest areas, the island of "Palmaria" and the beach of "Punta corvo" are an excellent choice. Other beautiful places to drive are: Portovenere, the villages of Montemarcello, La Serra, Ameglia, Castelnuovo, Ortonovo. The ancient territory of Lunigiana , the marble caves of Carrara, the Apuan Alps, the medieval city of Sarzana with its workshops and events related to handicrafts. All the outdoor is practicable: MTB, trekking, diving, running, canoeing.
