Casa Elti - Shanti and Jay apartment are two independent apartments in a marvellous villa set in tranquillity, serenity and charm on the Lido di Venezia, a short distance from the beaches and the centre of the Lido, easily reached by public transport with a bus stop just a few metres away. Venice is about 20 minutes away by public transport. You can also park your car in the free public car parks right in front of the villa. An ideal accommodation for a pleasant stay and in a relaxing and quiet area. The flats are located in a villa surrounded by greenery, a short distance from the Venice Lagoon on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. Approximately 150 metres from Casa Elti you can access the public beach, and there is a public swimming pool a short distance away. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, particularly suitable for families and/or small groups, with a maximum capacity of 5 guests for each apartment. The Jay apartment is located on the first floor, without a lift, and consists of a double room with all comforts and a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 recently renovated bathrooms. The flat also has a wonderful terrace. The Shanti apartment is located on the second floor, does not have a lift, and is composed of: a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with all comforts and a bedroom with two single beds, there is also a cot for a child (up to 5 years). The flat has 1 recently renovated bathroom. Both flats are equipped with Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, air conditioning and everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Lido di Venezia is one of the main islands in the Venice Lagoon which delimitates the lagoon on one side and the Adriatic Sea - on the other. The island is well connected with Marco Polo Venice airport, the historic centre of Venice and the mainland by numerous water transport routes. The coastline is famous all around the world for its long golden sandy beaches, big historical hotels, characteristic Liberty style buildings, and is especially renowned for frequent visits of the international jet sets and as a location from famous films. Lido di Venezia is also important as a naturalistic setting: just think of the Murazzi zone with its free beaches and crystal clear sea, the oasis of the WWF Alberoni and Saint Nicholas’ beaches with its sandy dunes. At the end of August – first weeks of September the island hosts the Internation Venice Film Festival becoming the centre of the international scene.
