The house is is tucked away at the end of quiet country lane with green hillside and panoramic views of the lake. The house is all on one level easy access and entrance. All rooms have windows and the house is bright and airy. The house has just been fully renovated throughout with new kitchen, bathroom and floors. The property is equipped for a perfect self catering holiday. Ideal for family vacations with outdoor play space and fenced in garden. Also ideal for quiet romantic weekends or working holidays. Pets are welcome. Car is required to arrive, to explore and discover many of the beautiful sites. Lake access for swimming is minutes away. The house is totally independent and ideal vacation setting. Many use the house as a hub to visit the local attractions in the area. My favorite thing is sit outside and watch the sunset and changing colors of the skyline over the lake.
Looking forward to meeting my guests and welcoming them to the beautiful lake countryside with wonderful places to visit and explore and only 45 minutes from Rome. I enjoy meeting people and hosting guests and making them feel at home and ensuring that they have a positive and rewarding stay and experience. Welcome!
Quiet and green in a country setting with panoramic views. The main town Trevignano Romano is 5 km. There are several other country homes in the area. The access road is a single lane unpaved country road.The town of Trevignano Romano offers full services as supermarket, banks, post-office, restaurants, boutiques, cafes and beaches for swimming. There are bike routes and nature trails. The area is perfect for exploring the Tuscia, nature trails, visiting medieval towns or just strolling along the lake front in Trevignano, swimming and enjoying the many restaurants, and cafes.
