Property information

Ancora House is only 50 meters away from the sea and the sandy beach of Punta Braccetto. It has been recently renovated in a modern style and it boasts every comfort. It is equipped with air conditioning with hot/cold system and Wi-Fi connection; the house consists of: a living room with a sofa and TV; a kitchen equipped with all the appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster; two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds; a windowed equipped bathroom complete with shower and bidet and an outdoor bathroom. Here you can chill out in the garden and in the spacious covered veranda, also suitable for outdoor dining. You can also use the private covered car parking and the barbecue for free.

The area is safe and quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday. A few km away, you can reach Punta Secca, the "Vigata" of Montalbano, the most lively Marina di Ragusa, Donnafugata Castle, and various baroque cities.
