Haus in einmaliger Lage in Bozen/Gries, umgeben von dichter mediterraner Vegetation, abseits der Hektik der Stadt. Das Stadtzentrum Bozens ist zu Fuß in ca. 15-20 Min., bestenfalls über die Talferpromenade oder mit dem Stadtbus in ca. 7 Min. erreichbar. Dank seiner fantastischen und strategisch guten Lage eignet sich das Haus sowohl für ein kurzes oder verlängertes Wochenende, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu besichtigen, als auch als idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen längeren Urlaub, um Südtirol kennenzulernen oder um sich zu erholen und die Stille und Ruhe des Hauses und des Gartens zu genießen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Straßen nach Jenesien oder ins Sarntal, mit vielen schönen Wanderungsmöglichkeiten; Letzteres ist im Winter auch zum Skifahren geeignet. Eine Bushaltestelle für beide Orte ist in etwa 5 Minuten vom Grundstückseingang entfernt. Wenn Sie hingegen mit Ihrem Auto in die entgegengesetzte Richtung fahren, erreichen Sie Meran oder den Montiggler- oder Kalterersee in 20-25 Minuten. Tagesausflüge ins restliche Südtirol bieten sich ebenfalls an und nicht zuletzt auch der Gardasee. Wir stellen unseren Gästen die SÜDTIROL CARD zur Verfügung.

Einige Informationen, damit wir das Haus optimal und auch nach Ihren Wünschen für Sie vorbereiten können: Teilen Sie uns bitte vorab mit, ob Sie ein Babybett benötigen, so tauschen wir das Einzelbett in der 2. Etage mit diesem aus. Bitte teilen Sie uns vorab mit, wie Sie schlafen möchten, falls Sie für mehrere Gäste buchen: Die 3 Schlafzimmer der 2. Etage bieten insgesamt Platz für 5 Personen: ein Einzelbettzimmer, ein Doppelbettzimmer sowie das Balkonzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, das als Einzel- oder als Doppelbett (140 cm) vorbereitet werden kann. Falls Sie für 6 Personen buchen, müssen wir Ihnen zudem das Sofa im Wohnzimmer in der 1. Etage als weiteres Doppelbett (160 cm) vorbereiten, was allerdings bei einem längeren Aufenthalt die Wohnqualität des Wohnzimmers beeinflusst. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns 1 – 2 Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft, damit wir Ihnen unsere Telefonkontakte mitteilen können, sowie genaue Angaben, um ohne Umwege unser Haus zu finden.
