The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in. ATTENTION: the use of children's games in the garden is prohibited.

The 60 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a farmhouse without a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it. The internal space is made up as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, mini fridge, moka coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and traditional oven and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, split A/C and smart TV with Sky (basic package) and Netflix - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C - BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C - BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box. Possibility to use the area equipped with tables and chairs in the common garden. Additional facilities available for the guests: uncovered parking space, UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito nets, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Assisi is an enchanting village known for being the city that gave life to San Francesco and Santa Chiara, and it perfectly identifies with that vast range of cities to visit from a historical, artistic and religious point of view. These places are famous for their great tradition of hospitality and a gastronomy with excellent products. Expect genuine, substantial cuisine with local products served in the traditional way. A chopping board with Umbricelli, honey, bruschetta with the exceptional local oil (DOP Assisi) and truffles usually opens the meal. Among the first courses are the stringozzi and the umbrichelli, types of very double hand-made pasta that goes well with pork or game sauces (hare, deer). Among the second courses, the excellent local meat, pecorino di Assisi. Assisi has a typical dessert, the Rocciata, a kind of strudel made with apples. For wines, just remember that the Assisi area has 5 DOCs: Grechetto, white, rosé, novello, red. The accommodation is located in the Palazzo hamlet, very green and quiet, a 10-minute drive from the center and all points of interest. The essential services are within walking distance: bars, pharmacy and supermarket are in fact within 700 meters.
