Wonderful apartment with sea view located in Marina di Portisco (Costa Smeralda). The apartment is distributed on two floors: - upstairs: the entrance, the kitchen and the 30sqm terrace with sea view - Downstairs: 3 bedrooms with 6 beds (sea view) and 2 bathrooms. Furniture: The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need: furnitures, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, kitchenware, water heater, TV, ceiling fans, hair dryer, sheets, towels.
According to the Article 1, paragraph 2, lett.c, of Law no. 431, at the same time of the booking, the guest will have to sign a regular rental contract and provide his data and the data of people who will be staying with him in the apartment.
