The apartment is located in Santa Caterina dello Ionio, a hidden gem of Ionian Calabria, awarded by Italian paediatricians with the "GREEN FLAG" for the child-friendly beach. The ideal place for a relaxing and regenerative holiday after a year of work and city life. 120 meters, this is the distance from the accommodation to the white sandy beach, spacious, free and quiet, bathed by a crystalline and uncontaminated sea. The 120 m2 apartment is composed by: - Large terrace equipped with everything you need: table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation area with sofa and armchairs; - Kitchen equipped with everything you need: hob, dishes, pots, oven, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker; - Modern bathroom complete with shower. It is equipped with all comforts: - Air conditioning in every room and kitchen, washing machine, external sink, drying rack, Smart TV with Netflix included, Wi-Fi Internet with fiber optics, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, mosquito nets, umbrella, free parking Despite being in a central residential area, it enjoys a quiet location in a cul-de-sac, allowing you to relax without any outside noise. Also, as there are no buildings surrounding the apartment you will feel the light sea breeze from the east, as well as that coming from the mountains to the north west.
