The apartment is located in a quiet side road, just a few hundred meters from the city center and the beach. It is clean and big enough for a family with 2 kids and offers all the facilities you need. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Completely new kitchen from 2021 with induction hob (we have removed the gas to ensure greater safety), new living room with functional wardrobe also for storing the clothing of those who sleep in this area. There are two habitable terraces, a larger one at the entrance where you can have lunch for up to 8 people, one at the back with access from the master bedroom, with table and 4 chairs. There is also a small garden at the entrance where you can park up to 4 bicycles. The center of Porto Azzurro is only 350 meters flat, in a few minutes on foot it can be reached. The apartment is part of a condominium, is located on the raised ground floor, but has an independent and private entrance. Please observe the hours of silence (23: 00-08: 00) in respect of the other condominiums
We will be available for the delivery of the keys and the collection of the same, after the inspection visit we will return the deposit (250.00 to be paid at check in in cash). All possible services on request must be requested at the time of booking, otherwise they will not be guaranteed. In case of need for clarification we will provide our telephone number on which we will be available.
The apartment is close to essential services (200m), pharmacy, post office, grocery, bar, is 600 meters from the nearest supermarket, 450 meters from the center and 650 meters from the beach of La Rossa in Porto Azzurro. The apartment is flat, ideal to rent bicycles to move around the town, we have a small garden at the entrance where you can park at least 4. A comfortable flat walk will allow you to reach the center and the beaches of the town. The weekly market takes place on Saturday morning at 200 meters, without being subjected to traffic or noise. Large paid parking always at 200 meters. Porto Azzurro has 2 beaches in the town, another 2 very close (Barbarossa and Reale), and other really beautiful neighboring beaches, Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca (5-6 km), Innamorata, Morcone, Pareti (9-10 km) Both from Portoferraio (14 km) and from Rio Marina (13.1 km), it is possible to reach Porto Azzurro by public bus service or by taxi. In the center of Porto Azzurro there are car, scooter and bicycle rental agencies. On the harbor you will find boats for hire and mini-cruises or excursions that can be booked.
