Enhanced Cleaning Protocol activated between guests. The penthouse was bought in 2018 driven by its unique appeal, position and massive terrace with sea view. All the apartment went thru a complete renovation using fine materials such as microcement and semi transparent photo-voltaic system in the terrace. An interior designer and architect took care on the unit layout prioritizing the comfort and the guests experience. The unit is equipped with unique facilities such as two Japanese washlet, Jacuzzi bathtub for hydro-massage and chromo-therapy, emotional shower with Hammam, aroma&chromo-therapy. Massive terrace with 30 Sqm sheld made by photovoltaic cells to produce clean energy reducing CO2 emission. Carpenter/woodwork job was carried out in the terrace to create a corner equipped with Finnish Sauna with Bluetooth & Chromo-therapy and a large walk-in shower to cool down after the sauna session or to remove the sands after back from the beach which is just few steps away. Finally the location make the apartment unique being in the center of the action but strategically located and very quite. Best city restaurants are at walk distance as well as night life area. Come and see!
I am a professional working in the energy sector. My job allowed me to live in several countries (7 so far). I always found interesting how different population find different solution to the same problem and I tried to learn the most of it keeping the best lesson learnt. The apartment is somehow the combination of all those experiences from Europe to Far East keeping always adding a bit of Italian touch.
Penthouse is really in the Center meaning that once arrived you can forget your car as all you need is at walking distance either for shopping, dining, beach, bar, tennis, nightlife., grocery and so on.
