Cosy Gated Air Conditioned homestay property with separate kitchen with mini fridge , gas stove, teacups , plates, cooking equipment etc. Spacious separate bathroom cum English toilet. Spacious separate living room cum bedroom with folding bed , mattress, cupboard and 3 Fans. Also right outside the House aTraditional water well is available.
Decent Catholic family with care and concern for our guests and ready to provide guidance in any which way possible.
The Property is only 9 Kms from the Manohar (MOPA) International Airport. The Property is right next to the main road in Pernem Market Area. The property is in the middle of the farm with coconut trees, beetel nut trees, banana trees at the same time its right next to the main Market and the Main Bus stand. Local restaurants, Transportation, shops, market etc. Are just a few metres away from the main Gate of the Property .
