The guesthouse is the realization of Halil's dream, and he returned from New York to the village of his childhood to make it come true. Next to the house that had once belonged to the mukhtar of the village, Halil designed a house that blends traditional trends with modern innovation; one can see that a talented artist's hand has directed the design. Halil Lios began his path as a stained glass artist and, as he never rests on his laurels and is always seeking a way to enrich his knowledge, he broadened his experience by enrolling in a mosaics course. He studied the art of mosaics and glass in Israel and specialized in the field in Manhattan, NY. Today, Halil is an esteemed artist who leads art courses in schools and receives orders for mosaic projects from private clients and groups from all over the world.
