We are located on an Organic Farm in Co. Cavan. We are located within The Marble Arch Geo Park which is a great place to walk and bike. We have lots of walks in the area on quiet country roads. Plus we have lots of walks along the Shannon-Erne Canal in Ballyconnell, and Belturbet. We are surrounded by lake in county Cavan , they say we have one for every day of the year.

We are the Corcoran Family, we are organic farmers. We have lots of beef cattle on the Farm, but we also have a few Connemara ponies and a some hens. We have two dogs called Coco (a whippet) and Toto (a Jack Russell) and cat called Marmo., We have 4 grown-up children, who come and go.

We are located in Ireland #hiddenheartland so their is a lot to see and do in the area. We are within the Marble Arch GeoPark so there are lots of great walks to explore. Plus check out the Cuilagh Mountain Boardwalk a must for many of our visitors. We have great fishing and are located in the centre of Cavan Lakeland region. We have 5 amazing Golf course with in a short drive. The Slieve Russell PGA Golf course is just 3km from the cottage, Lough Erne Resort golf course is about 45 minutes and The Farnham Raddison Golf course is only 20 minutes away. The area is stepped in History with lots to explore. You can check out Cavan County Museum or trace your roots a Cavan Genealogy Centre in Cavan Town. Or you can visit out very own Downton Abbey in Florencecourt House, or see the ruins of Castle Saunderson, just a short drive away. If you like to get down and dirty check out ODD activity centre in Bawnboy or the Share waterpark in Newtownbutiler, both great places for kids and adults to let off steam. Ballyconnell is a great village with a range of good restaurants and bars to enjoy. Plus a short walk away is our own local country pub, where our visitors always get a welcome
