This space is a beautiful and peaceful self-contained annex to a traditional Irish farmhouse. The bedroom directly overlooks the Roughty Valley, Mangerton Mountain, and Ardtully Castle. The views are expansive and breathtaking, no matter the time of year. As the title suggests, company is not far away, with the flocks enclosure surrounding the annex. 'Sassy' the small but feisty ewe, will be sure to welcome new guests. The room is a beautiful large, traditionally decorated bedroom with king-size bed, private ensuite and excellently equipped kitchenette. There is a private entrance door directly to the room for guests, which opens directly onto the valley and sheepfold outside. The room is equipped with fresh linen, towels and toiletries. Plentiful tourist information is provided. Television and WiFi are provided also. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you may need including kettle, toaster, microwave and minifridge. Wine glasses and all other delph and ware necessary for a comfortable and convenient stay are provided. The panoramic valley and mountain views from the room are what make it so special.

Spectacular views...endless activities and attractions in nearby Kenmare, a 10 minute drive away, and Killarney, a 25 minute drive away. Locally, there is a horse riding stables within walking distance, pubs, shop, post office, church, bus links, n22 all within short distance in Kilgarvan village. Guests will need their own transport as this home is in the countryside.
