Since opening our first villa in 2017, Villa Mia has grown to 7 villas, all located in Seminyak. After receiving very positive feedback for our first villas, we are excited to open 4 brand new villas in our new location close to Seminyak beach in 2023.

Located in a peaceful part of Seminyak only 350m from the beach, the villas make a strategic location choice. You can walk to the most popular places in Seminyak including the busy area around Jalan Kayu Aya/Eat Street (800m) and Seminyak Square, the famous beach club KU DE TA (850m), as well as Double Six Beach (600m). Each of our unique villas offers you the facilities and privacy of a vacation home without giving up on amenities and services like daily housekeeping or breakfast. A private pool, an open concept living area with a smart TV and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king-size beds, en suite bathrooms and a jacuzzi make a perfect home for families, couples and groups of friends. Each villa is surrounded by walls and all facilities are private. The villas have been built and furnished in 2023. Airport transfers or transport from or to another location in Bali is available. For parking your own car, please inquire about parking spot availability in advance. The streets around the villas are quite narrow so we don’t recommend driving a car yourself if you are not used to it. Please note that the villa has open spaces with gardens. You should expect to see some insects and small geckos which are very common in Bali. Geckos like to stay on the wall and ceiling and are completely harmless. The living area is open to the gardens and is equipped with ceiling fans. The bedrooms are closed and airconditioned. Please also note that we rely on public power supply and depend on a provider for internet. Usually there is no problem but in rare cases the connection might be lost and we need to wait for the provider to fix it. Please also be aware that all villas have pools with a shallow end (100cm) and a deep end (160cm - 180cm). Most people are not able to stand in the deep end. We recommend using a pool fence if there are young children who can not swim (need to organize with us in advance).

Seminyak beach can be accessed through a small side street and is only within 350m walking distance from the villas. From here you can continue walking 250m south to reach Double Six Beach with a lot of dining options and bars. When following Jalan Sari Dewi to the north, you will arrive at the Seminyak’s iconic beach club KU DE TA, famous for its themed parties but also the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. An 800m walk will take you to the busy area around Jalan Kayu Aya/Eat Street and Seminyak Square which offers a great variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique shops.
