Welcome to Villa Mina! Villa Mina is a luxurious property with a spacious yard, located in a peaceful environment. It spans over 200m² and offers you a perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor, which is more than enough for a comfortable stay for your family or group of friends. The ground floor of the villa features a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and balcony doors that lead to the yard with a pool. Alongside the living room, there is a modern kitchen with a dining area, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The ground floor also includes one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a television. Adjacent to the bedroom, there is a bathroom, making it easily accessible for guests. Additionally, there is a separate room in the hallway with a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor of the villa, you will find three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable double beds. Two of these rooms have balcony doors that lead to a shared balcony with a stunning view of the yard and pool. Each of these rooms has a television, so you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs.
