Villa Lovisa is a newly built 4-star property situated in a peaceful neighborhood, 5 min walk from Milna center. The property has amazing sea view of the harbor, 50m to the waterfront and includes three terraces, heated pool, pool deck/garden with barbeque, free parking and WiFi. Very stylish and comfortable, offering the perfect accommodation for 8 persons in 4 spacious bedrooms, each with separate bathroom. Milna center offers many restaurants and bars, supermarkets and shops, it is 12 min walk to public bath. The living room includes a bed sofa with 2 x additional beds including bed linen. Free WiFi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and kitchen/ living room, floor heating, washing machine, iron & ironing board, bed linen & bathroom towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, coffeemaker (filter), water boiler, mixer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 x extra beds, 2 x baby chairs, 2 x baby beds, 1 x safety box. There is 55 inches LCD TV in the living room. All beds are single beds 90 cm wide but put together as double beds 180 cm wide, you decide yourself if you want to use them as double bed or just move them apart from each other as single beds. All bedrooms include facilities for working with a desk and a chair. Pets are allowed and free of charge, 4 x free parking places, private pool heated by solarcells, pool volleyball net, outdoor shower, pool deck/ garden, 10 x sun loungers with 5 x tables, 5 x sunshades, lounge furniture, 5 x garden tables, 16 garden chairs, gas barbecue grill, 2 x movable drink coolers, 1 x exercise bike, outdoor drying clothesline and 2 x shopping trollies. *) The tap water in Milna is fine to drink, no need to buy bottle of water.
