This luxury villa can accommodate 10 persons on 2000m2 plot surrounded with most beautiful garden decorated to the last detail.Built on two floors and furnished to the highest standard. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area,modern living room with large access directly at swimming pool 30m2 big,fully equipped outside kitchen with BBQ near the pool( where you will spend the most time during vacation cooking your favorite meals.)Huge green garden (850m2 big) is place where you can relax or play bambinton.You’ll be instantly drawn to the glorious outdoor area, with multiple spaces to gaze and relax.There’s even table tennis. Peace, high level privacy, silence, comfort, spaciousness, are the factors that make this villa special and unique.The entrance to the property surrounded by lamps will make you feel like you are in the most beautiful fairy tale.The pool is heated and allows you to swim and enjoy the colder months.This breathtaking Villa is located on an ideal location between the airport and Dubrovnik wich is 8km away. Villa features an air conditioning in every room.

Our Villa is situated near center of Mlini. Beaches, restaurants, beautiful walks near the sea, diving center, kayaks, boats, bars, playgrounds for children are all only 10min drive from the Villa. Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic is only 15 minutes away by car. Only 150meters from villa is restaurant with homemade food. Free parking is provided right in front of the Villa. We offer van and private car transfers to Dubrovnik and other locations on your request. If you are coming with a plane, we offer a transfer from and to airport (extra fee).Also in center of Mlini is water taksi to Dubrovnik.There is public bus line and its driving every couple hours.
