Property information

This is a completely renovated stone cottage situated in a picturesque Village of Trsteno, located only 20 minutes driving distance from Dubrovnik City Center. This gorgeous traditional house offers shaded terrace with sea views and outside dining table. House spreads on two floors. The first floor consists of spacious living room with dining area, fully equipped open space kitchen and one bathroom with shower. Internal wooden staircase leads up to the second floor which consists of two bedrooms, both with double beds. The house also has traditional tavern, locally called Konoba. Konoba is a separate room equipped with built in stone BBQ and large wooden table, ideal spot for preparing and enjoying grilled meat or fish. Free onsite parking is available for the guests. Amenities include: AC (all rooms), Flat screen Cable TV, HiFi, Free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, terrace, free parking, BBQ, and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. Trsteno is a small seaside settlement situated 20 km north of Dubrovnik. It is famous for its unique natural beauties, rich vegetation and its well-known Arboretum. Trsteno beach is located only 700 meters from the property, nearest bar and restaurant are approximately 400 meters away. Besides beautiful beaches the whole area is famous for agro tourism. Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens can be found in nearby villages within less than 10 minutes’ drive. The nearest grocery store is located in nearby Village Orasac, some 3 kilometers away from the house which is why hiring a car is recommended while staying at Summer Cottage.
