Sobe se nalaze u sklopu Ruralne kuće za odmor Zajec, kategorizirane su s 3 sunca i nalazi se na vinskoj cesti (katolički surduk) u Zmajevcu, ulica Planina 173. Smještaj je ugodan za boravak i odmor kako u ljetnim tako i u zimskim mjesecima. Može se iznajmiti od jedne do 6 osoba. Svaki Modul ima tri kreveta i svoje kupatilo sa tušem. Spavaće sobe su u potkrovlju vinogradarske kuće u kojoj se u prizemlju nalazi kušaonica vina.U susjedstvu će te pronaći poznati Restoran Josić koji nudi vina okrunjena brojnim zlatnim medaljama za kvalitetu te specijalitete od riječne ribe kao što su perkelti, paprikaši, dimljena riba te jela od mesa i mesa divljači pripremljeni na roštilju na drveni ugljen, pod pekom, na ražnju kao i neizostavni gulaši i čobanci. Redovita tamburaška glazba svakog petka i subotom.
Supružnici Klara i Danijel Zajec prije nekoliko godina kupili su i obnovili zapušteni gator.O motivima ovoga poslovnog pothvata Klara kaže: - Ja sam porijeklom iz Zmajevca i oduvijek sam imala želju vratiti se u Zmajevac i baviti se vinarstvom. Poslovno smo vezani uz Njemačku, te u Zmajevac dolazimo što češće možemo. Zbog toga što smo obiteljski rastrgani između Njemačke i Hrvatske ova naša vinska priča je dosad bila nešto između hobija i posla, ali kroz ovih nekoliko godina stekli smo sve uvjete da se ozbiljnije posvetimo vinarstvu i vinskom turizmu. Zasad obrađujemo jedan i pol hektara vinograda i orijentirani su prvenstveno na kvalitetu.
Baranja, dio Panonske nizine u istočnoj Hrvatskoj oko utoka Drave u Dunav; Leži između Drave, Dunava i kopnene granice s Madžarskom; Baranja je pretežno nizinski kraj, s Banskom kosom ili Banskim brdom u sjevernom dijelu. Nizina je građena od holocenskih i pleistocenskih sedimenata (les, lesolike naslage, pijesci). Sastoji se od naplavnih ravnica , prapornih ili lesnih zaravni i uzvisine Banske kose. Pojas uz Dunav, Dravu i Karašicu poplavno je područje s mnogo sporednih riječnih rukavaca i močvara (Kopački rit s jezerom); u Kopačkom ritu (park prirode ), gnijezdi se oko stotinu vrsta ptica. Plavljenje vodotoka rješava se više od jednog stoljeća. Klima je umjereno kontinentska sa znatnim kolebanjem temperature. Baranjom protječu rijeke Drava i Dunav, u koji kod Batine utječe Karašica. Jezera i močvare riječnoga su podrijetla. Šume pokrivaju oko 20% teritorija. Ubrajaju se u najljepše prirodne rezervate, odnosno lovišta u Hrvatskoj, pa i Europi. Prirodni vegetacijski pokrov, koji se sastojao od hrastovih šuma i stepske vegetacije, sačuvao se u gajevima hrasta lužnjaka, johe i vrbe na poplavnom području; ondje se uzgaja znatan broj jelena, srna, divljih svinja, zečeva, fazana….
